Central Warehouse
-
China
As a global core export distribution hub, center warehouses will be established in Shandong (proximity to ports, convenient sea freight), Jiangsu (logistics hub of the Yangtze River Delta), Sichuan (land export node in southwestern China), and Xinjiang (connecting point for China-Europe Railway Express and Central Asian border exports). These warehouses will centrally store export-ready excavators, motor graders, bulldozers, loaders, and power generation sets adapted to overseas scenarios, while also establishing dedicated reserve warehouses for export parts. The core function is to connect international logistics channels such as sea freight, China-Europe Railway Express, and cross-border land transport, efficiently handling the consolidation, inspection, and loading of export equipment. Additionally, the hub will provide parts supply support for subsequent overseas center warehouses, ensuring the smooth shipment of export equipment to global target markets.

East Africa
With Kenya and Tanzania serving as operational support hubs for exported equipment in East Africa, the central warehouses will prioritize the stockpiling of excavators (suitable for earthworks in East Africa), loaders (for port and infrastructure material handling), motor graders (for road leveling), and emergency power generators exported from China. These facilities will be complemented by dedicated spare parts warehouses for the exported equipment. The core objective is to support infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, ports) in East Africa, ensuring both the immediate deployment of exported equipment locally and the rapid replenishment of parts to address maintenance needs overseas. This framework guarantees the stable operation of Chinese exported engineering machinery in the East African market.

Central Asia
Leveraging the China-Europe Railway Express logistics corridor, a regional hub warehouse for Chinese exported engineering machinery will be established in Central Asia. It will primarily stock bulldozers (for cross-border railway and road subgrade construction), motor graders (for road maintenance), excavators (for tunnel and pipeline projects in energy initiatives), and power generation sets exported to Central Asia, along with a supporting spare parts transit warehouse for exported equipment. The core function of the hub is to receive machinery shipped from China via the China-Europe Railway Express and enable rapid local distribution, while also providing parts supply for engineering machinery exported to Central Asia. This ensures efficient operation of equipment in overseas projects such as cross-border railways and energy infrastructure.

Middle East
Serving as the service hub for Chinese exported heavy engineering machinery in the Middle East, the central warehouse will focus on storing mining excavators (for oil field earthworks), bulldozers (for oil field site leveling), loaders (for energy material handling), and high-temperature-adapted power generation sets shipped to the region. A dedicated maintenance and parts center for the exported equipment will be established concurrently. The hub's core mission is to support the Middle East's energy sector (oil fields, petrochemical facilities) by providing professional storage and localized maintenance for the imported machinery. Through immediate parts replenishment, it ensures the exported equipment can withstand the region's high-temperature environment and operate reliably in critical energy projects.
